Local Amenities
The village of Llanbedr
has many amenities for the visitor. It is 2 miles south of Harlech with its famous castle and 7 miles north of the bustling town of
Barmouth with its long, sandy beach. There are three places to eat
out and have a drink in Llanbedr. The Victoria pub even has a children's
play area. There are two general stores, with newspapers and a butcher. The village is ideally placed on the coast
to explore the whole of the Snowdonia National Park, and there are
three excellent beaches within a ten minute drive from the cottage.
